Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for home infusion field duties across the Hudson Valley. You will initiate patient care during visits, perform follow-ups, and help mentor newly hired nurses.

Requirements include NYS RN license, 3 years infusion experience with IV/SQIG and biologic meds, HIPAA awareness, and strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills. This role offers part-time hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of RN experience in home infusion, hospital, clinic, or medical facility.
• Infusion experience required with IV/SQIG and biologic meds.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret physicians' orders and treatment plans.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits to initiate infusion care in patients' homes.
• Perform follow-up visits as needed.
• Precept and evaluate newly hired nurses as requested.
• Collaborate with Infusion Intake Team for seamless initiation of care.
• Conduct on-site field visits and supervise nursing staff.
• Maintain paperless clinical documentation and use tablet/computer.
