Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for home infusion visits across the Hudson Valley. You will perform patient visits to initiate care, conduct follow-ups, and help train newly hired nurses under the Infusion Intake Team.

Requirements include NYS RN license, at least 3 years in home infusion or related settings, infusion experience with IV/SQIG and biologics, and reliable transportation. Competitive pay; hours min 10/week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time RN experience in home care infusion, hospital, clinic, or medical facility.
• Infusion experience is REQUIRED, including IV/SQIG and biologics.
• Knowledge of supervision, performance evaluation, and education.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments in patients' homes.
• PIV, PICC, and central line care and access competence.
• Educate patients and families on IV infusion therapy preparation and administration.
• Patient safety, monitoring and post-infusion follow-up.
• Communicate with patients, families, infusion pharmacy, and medical providers.
