Job summary

Medix Infusion in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Registered Float Nurse to join our local team. You will advocate for patients and coordinate infusion therapy with Intake, Scheduling, Pharmacy and Clinical staff to ensure a smooth, compassionate care experience.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and coordinating with the healthcare team to improve patient experience.
• Ensure timely communication between departments and healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families about infusion therapy procedures and adherence to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Adhere to clinical protocols to ensure safety and effectiveness of infusion therapy.
• Assist with orientation and training of staff and participate in departmental meetings.
