We are seeking an Infusion Patient Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison for the infusion department, coordinating patient care from initial consultation through ongoing treatment and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The role covers scheduling, provider coordination, treatment readiness, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Must have experience with patient scheduling within infusion/clinic settings.
• Knowledge of infusion processes and patient care workflows.
• Familiarity with medical terminology used in infusion therapy.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for infusion patients and coordinate care from intake through treatment.
• Schedule all infusion and injection appointments; coordinate provider visits and labs.
• Ensure treatment readiness with required documentation and authorizations.
• Coordinate treatment plans with nursing staff and escalate clinical concerns as needed.
• Manage infusion-related EHR messages and keep scheduling notes up to date.
