Job summary
BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Nurse Educator in the Boston area to serve as a clinical education and training expert supporting patient transitions to home and alternate-site infusion care delivery models. You will educate patients, caregivers, and staff to ensure safe therapy initiation and patient independence.

Qualifications
- RN license required; BSN preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience; infusion therapy or specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in adult education, clinical training, or healthcare education preferred.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
Responsibilities
- Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on Amerita services and infusion therapies.
- Provide in-person and virtual patient education to promote safety and independence.
- Conduct patient assessments to support appropriate home or alternate-site placement.
- Support initial therapy education and therapy initiation activities.
- Maintain documentation of education and clinical interactions in company systems.
