Qualifications

• Requires ASN or ADN and minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Requires a current unrestricted RN license in applicable state.
• Multi-state licensure required if providing services in multiple states.
• Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties within the Nurse’s scope of practice and facility protocols.
• Administers therapies according to orders and protocols.
• Completes admission process as directed by Center Director.
• Performs physical assessment on each patient as warranted.
• Documents data in the patient’s medical record.
• Reports significant changes to Center Director and follows up.
• Evaluates patient response to therapy and documents findings.
• Educates patients and/or families regarding therapy plan.
• Ensures medication orders are complete and up to date.
• Adheres to HIPAA and privacy regulations.
• May travel to worksite and other locations as needed.
