Job summary

Star Light Home Health seeks a compassionate RN Infusion Nurse (PRN) to deliver high-quality infusion therapy in patients’ homes in Montrose, CO. You will assess, manage, and document responses to infusion treatment while educating patients and caregivers.

Requires active Colorado RN license, BLS/CPR, and 1–2 years of infusion experience. Home visits and independent work with a flexible schedule are available.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado and BLS/CPR certification.
• 1–2 years infusion therapy or IV nursing preferred.
• Experience with PICC lines and central venous catheters.
• Comfort delivering care in patients' homes and driving locally.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV infusion therapies in patients' homes including antibiotics and hydration.
• Assess patient responses and document clinical findings accurately.
• Access and care for peripheral and central lines, including PICC care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on procedures, side effects, and home care.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists and the care team on plans.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation and timely charting.
• Troubleshoot infusion-related issues and respond to concerns.
