Job summary

HealthPartners Regions Hospital Infusion Clinic is seeking a Clinical Support Technician with strong communication skills. The role supports patient care and may participate in supply and sterilization tasks to ensure a safe, clean clinic.

The position offers weekday hours (7:30 am–5:00 pm) and requires a high school diploma, healthcare or customer service experience, and BLS certification within one week of hire. Strong teamwork and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire.
• Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintain BLS certification per AHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide and/or support patient care following professional standards and HealthPartners policies.
• Assist in supply and/or sterilization duties, keeping areas clean, stocked, and organized.
• Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.
