Job summary

HealthPartners Regions Oncology clinic in Saint Paul, MN, seeks a Clinical Support Technician to assist patient care and support clinical staff. The role requires strong verbal and written communication and adherence to HealthPartners policies.

You will support supply management, sterilization, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-site duties and collaboration with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience.
• Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire.
• Complete BLS course within 1 week of hire and maintained BLS certification in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA). No online only courses accepted.

Regions Oncology clinic has an opening for a Clinical Support Technician with strong verbal and written communication skills.This position will work Monday-Friday from 7:30a-4:00p.

This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday

7:30-4:00

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• 2 years customer service experience and/or healthcare experience

• Complete Medical Terminology and Pharmacology online courses within six months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited pharmacy technician program or currently registered as a pharmacy technician with one or more years pharmacy technician experience
