Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment required.
• Medical terminology knowledge required.
• 1 year experience with insurance authorizations, benefits verifications, and billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end infusion center operations (phones, greeting patients, payments, mail).
• Review cancellations, reschedule treatments, and remind patients of appointments.
• Coordinate with Clinic Manager and Accounts Payable for payments.
• Schedule follow-up treatments with Patient Care Navigator team.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA and file medical records as needed.
• Prepare reports and maintain statistical records.
