Qualifications

• BLS certification required; chemo/biotherapy cert within 3 months of hire.
• Charge Nurse workshop completed within 3 months of hire.
• Virginia RN licensure; BSN preferred or ADN with BSN within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead unit operations to ensure safe, high-quality infusion care.
• Support shared governance and evidence-based nursing practice.
• Model and promote Inova's 'People Priority' and patient-centered care.
