Inova Schar Cancer Institute in the Washington, DC metro area seeks a dedicated Infusion Center Registered Nurse to join our Fair Oaks and Loudoun locations. This full-time day shift role is five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible external candidates. You will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support cancer care coordination in a state-of-the-art environment committed to patient

Qualifications

• BLS certification.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Virginia.
• 1 year of experience as an RN.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or ADN within 1 year of BSN completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the unit to drive reliable quality, best practices and patient safety.
• Support unit-based governance and decentralized decision making.
• Serve as a role model delivering Service Always and prioritizing patient experience.
