Inova Schar Cancer Institute in Northern Virginia is seeking an Infusion Center Registered Nurse for the Fair Oaks and Loudoun locations. This full-time day role involves five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, delivering high-quality infusion care and patient support.

The RN Unit Supervisor leads with a focus on reliable quality, supports shared governance, and embodies Inova's Service Always and People Priority.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Virginia RN licensure required.
• 1 year of RN experience required.
• BSN preferred or ADN with plan to obtain BSN within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing practice and quality initiatives on the infusion unit.
• Support shared governance and patient-centered care.
• Mentor staff and promote a positive patient experience on the unit.

Basic Life Support (BLS)
