Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a registered nurse for infusion/oncology care in Scottsdale, AZ. The RN will administer medications, manage IV lines, perform assessments, and contribute to care plans for oncology patients within a collaborative, evidence-based environment.

The role requires BSN within 60 months or equivalent ASN/ADN with preference for BSN and oncology experience. Strong emphasis on patient and family education and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• RN with oncology/infusion experience preferred.
• Demonstrated IV therapy and medication administration skills.
• Ability to educate patients and families on post-treatment care.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data and develop a family-centered care plan.
• Develop individualized care plans aligned with current nursing practice.
• Initiate treatments and medications per standing orders, including IV access.
• Document care and evaluate outcomes to improve patient results.
• Continuously evaluate nursing practice against standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
