Job summary

Optum is seeking a compassionate RN to join the FlexCare Infusion Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ, delivering IV therapy to patients with various conditions. This on-site role supports pediatric and adult patients under NP supervision.

Schedule is Mondays and Tuesdays, 12-16 hours per week. Requirements include active RN licensure in your state, ASN/BSN/MSN, BLS/CPR, and 3+ years infusion experience; pediatric experience is a plus. Pay ranges hourly from $28.27 to $50.48 and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• ASN, BSN or MSN degree.
• Active RN license in your state of residence.
• Have or willingness to obtain BLS and/or CPR certification upon hire.
• Have or willingness to obtain additional licensure and/or ONS certification within 90 days.
• 3+ years of infusion experience; solid IV skills essential.
• Flexibility for on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients
• Prepare and administer sterile medications per protocol
• Monitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision
• Communicate with providers and document clinical assessments
• Support order entry, lab review, and protocol updates
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality assurance
