Qualifications

• Current Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.

• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience.
• ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Provider Certificate within 1 year of hire.
• OCN certification within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with patient, family, and healthcare team to meet care needs.
• Documents nursing process and patient status in medical records.
