Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse (RN) with Infusion Nurse II level responsibilities.
• Experience in home infusion or in an alternate infusion suite is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate and provide intermediate patient care under a physician's plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments in the home or infusion suite.
• Educates patients and families; administers medications and performs treatments as directed.
• Assesses patient status at each visit and communicates changes to the physician promptly.
• Provides training and mentorship to junior infusions staff as needed.
• Documents care in real-time and ensures compliance with HIPAA and policy guidelines.
