Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable vehicle.
• Proficient with computers and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or infusion suite.
• Initiate and modify infusion therapy plans as directed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and medications.
• Communicate with clinical team and physicians for updates.
• Document visits promptly for billing and compliance.
