Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking an Microsoft Intune & Apple MDM Administrator to manage enterprise device infrastructure and secure mobile and desktop environments. The role focuses on end-to-end device lifecycle management, enrollment, provisioning, policy configuration, and application deployment.

You will handle day-to-day Intune and Apple operations, troubleshoot issues, maintain inventory, and support transitions. Strong knowledge of ABM, ADE, APNs, and Entra ID is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Intune administration and enterprise mobility support.
• Hands-on knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and iOS/iPadOS device management.
• Experience with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE) and device provisioning.
• Knowledge of device configuration, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Experience troubleshooting iOS activation, connectivity, and application issues.
• Understanding of mobile device lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, replacement, and retirement.
• Experience with incident, service request, and escalation management.

Microsoft Intune & Apple MDM Administrator

Position Overview

Play a key role in managing and securing enterprise mobile and desktop device infrastructure through Microsoft Intune and Apple device management technologies. This position focuses on end-to-end mobile device lifecycle management, including device enrollment, provisioning, policy configuration, application deployment, update management, troubleshooting, and remote operational support.

The role involves managing day-to-day Intune and Apple device operations, resolving technical issues, maintaining device inventory, and supporting operational transitions.

• Knowledge of Apple certificates, enrollment tokens, and Apps and Books licensing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID fundamentals.
• Experience with mobile inventory and device-user-number mapping.
• Awareness of Smarsh mobile capture.
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes.

Technical Skills & Certifications

• Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), and APNs.
• iOS/iPadOS enterprise device support.

Preferred Certifications / Training

• Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
• Apple Device Support / Apple Deployment and Management training or certification.

Optional Certification

• ITIL Foundation.
