Job summary

Kindredventures is seeking a Vendor Manager to own performance and governance across GPU hyperscalers and neocloud providers. You will manage SLAs, escalations, and credits while building strategic partnerships with Tier 1 vendors.

Qualifications

5+ years in vendor management, cloud partnerships, strategic sourcing, or infra procurement within AI/gpu/hyperscale infra industries.
Experience with neocloud, hyperscalers, or GPU infra providers owning commercial relationships and vendor performance.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, including contract records, invoices, credits, and vendor docs.

Responsibilities

Own vendor performance across GPUs and neocloud providers by defining SLAs and remedies.
Build strategic relationships with Tier 1 infrastructure vendors through regular reviews.
Align capacity to demand by partnering with Capacity Planning to secure GPU capacity.
Own vendor governance including contracts, invoicing, renewals, and reporting.
Run regular business reviews with vendor partners to discuss performance and issues.
