Job summary

Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center seeks an Infrastructure Technician IT Technology Services to support and maintain desktop and mobile hardware and software across the facility. You will provide first level support for desktop issues and participate in the on-call rotation to assist staff and patients.

• Maintain and troubleshoot desktop environments as part of Beatrice Community Hospital IT team.

Summary: Responsible for the support and maintenance of all desktop and mobile device related hardware and software within Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center. This customer oriented position provides first level support for all desktop related issues called into the support desk. This position is part of the on-call support rotation.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma required, Associates Degree in Computer Related Field Preferred.
• Support desktop environment on a corporate network.
• Support MS Windows OS and Office Suites.
• Supporting mobile devices Android, iPad, iPhone.
• Valid Drivers License.
• 1 year experience preferred.

Full Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
