Job summary

Beatrice Community Hospital is seeking a qualified IT Support Technician to maintain and troubleshoot desktop and mobile device hardware and software across the hospital environment. You will provide first level support for issues reported to the help desk and participate in the on-call rotation.

The role requires a high school diploma (associates preferred), experience with Windows OS and Office, and the ability to support mobile devices (Android and iOS). A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent diploma required, Associates Degree in Computer Related Field Preferred.
• Support desktop environment on a corporate network.
• Support MS Windows OS and Office Suites.
• Supporting mobile devices – Android, iPad, iPhone.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 1 year experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide first level desktop support for hardware and software issues called into the support desk.
• Maintain and troubleshoot desktop and mobile device hardware and software within Beatrice Community Hospital and Health Center.
• Be part of the on-call support rotation.

This customer oriented position provides first level support for all desktop related issues called into the support desk. This position is part of the on-call support rotation.
