Job summary

WOW! is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead infrastructure and systems projects in a contract role. You will drive server Deployments, storage, virtualization and optical transport initiatives from planning through handoff to operations.

Based in Denver, you will collaborate with CTIO and PMO leadership, coordinate with field teams, vendors and IT Operations to ensure successful deliveries, while maintaining governance, risks, and budgets for multiple concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience managing technical infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Familiarity with IT service management processes and change control boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and network projects across server, storage, virtualization and data center upgrades.
• Manage scope, schedules, resources and priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate with outside vendors, field teams and IT operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare documentation, runbooks and hand off to operations at project closure.
