CACI International Inc. is seeking an Infrastructure/System Administrator to support multiple sites across the United States, primarily based in Albuquerque, NM.

This role requires handling desktops, networks, VOIP, and security systems, with up to 25% travel to local locations and a focus on both unclassified and classified environments. You will deploy desktops, troubleshoot hardware, manage OS and encryption, and ensure ticket SLAs while coordinating with vendors and IT teams.

Qualificações

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least five years in a technical role.
  • Strong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell hardware.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Current Security+ certification.

Responsabilidades

  • Image, configure, and deploy desktops (physical/virtual); troubleshoot hardware including desks, laptops, monitors, docking stations; manage OS, BIOS, disks, encryption.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user apps and certificates.
  • Restore/migrate data, decrypt files, manage file permissions.
  • Document work in trouble tickets and meet SLAs/quality standards.
  • Patch network ports, trace lines, support network switch installs.
  • Configure/maintain UPS devices and coordinate downtime with vendors.
  • Install and support VOIP phones and voicemail systems.
  • Configure multi-function devices for print/scan/fax; coordinate hardware replacements with vendors.
  • Plan user moves including connectivity and phones; maintain local security/badging systems.
  • Prepare obsolete assets for compliant disposal.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and support both unclassified/classified systems.
