Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator in Chesapeake, VA to support a key program within Enterprise Solutions & Services.

Qualifications

• DoD 8140 compliant via degree or cert; active clearance required.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Basic PowerShell scripting experience.
• Knowledge of DNS, IP addressing, ports, SSL/TLS, and load balancing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and escalate issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support routine infrastructure operations including Windows Server patching and maintenance.
• Manage IT asset inventory and administrative recordkeeping.
• Process certificate requests and installations.
• Run STIG and security/compliance scanning and remediation.
• Maintain AD service accounts, groups, and GPOs.
• Perform server builds, application installs, and infrastructure configuration.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
• Assist with monitoring across Windows and cloud environments.
• Use PowerShell to automate repeatable tasks.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and document solutions.
