Meta's Infrastructure organization powers global products and services, and seeks a Staff-level Business Operations professional to partner with senior leaders across Network, Infrastructure Security, and Capacity Ecosystems. Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, strategy, or program management for large-scale technical or infrastructure environments.
• Experience leading strategic planning, goal-setting, resource planning, and executive reviews in complex settings.
• Experience applying quantitative methods: financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
• Ability to scope projects, identify dependencies, and adapt plans with evolving priorities and incomplete information.
• Strong written communication of complex topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders across levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable processes.
• Lead strategic planning cycles including goals, OKRs, multi-year fiscal planning, and headcount allocation.
• Develop executive-level communications and leadership briefings for internal and cross-functional audiences.
• Own high-priority special projects, coordinating across engineering, finance, recruiting, and operations.
• Build relationships across the Infrastructure ecosystem to align priorities and dependencies.
• Monitor organizational health, track progress, and surface risks to leadership in a timely manner.
• Support headcount planning and hiring by partnering with recruiting and finance.
