Job summary

Meta’s Infrastructure organization seeks a Staff-level Business Operations professional to partner with senior leaders across Network, Infrastructure Security, and Capacity Ecosystems. You will drive strategic initiatives, plan objectives and results with leadership, and deliver process improvements that scale with the business.

You will develop executive communications, support headcount planning, and apply quantitative methods to guide infrastructure investments and capacity decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business operations, strategy, or related function supporting large-scale technical teams.
• Experience leading strategic planning, goal-setting, and executive business reviews in complex environments.
• Proven ability to apply quantitative methods, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to define and execute plans amid evolving priorities with limited information.
• Strong written communication of complex topics to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable processes.
• Lead annual and multi-year planning, headcount allocation, and resource planning with leaders.
• Develop executive-level communications and organizational updates.
• Frame ambiguous challenges, structure analyses, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Own high-priority projects and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across orgs.
• Build relationships across Infrastructure partners to align priorities and dependencies.
• Monitor organizational health and surface risks to leadership in a timely manner.
• Support headcount planning and hiring by coordinating with recruiting and finance.
• Apply analytical methods to inform infrastructure investments and capacity trade-offs.
• Mentor others and contribute to scalable best practices and playbooks.
