Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling complex incidents and implementing resolutions.
• Ability to conduct infrastructure assessments and identify optimization opportunities.
• Familiarity with deployment management, environment readiness and post-deployment testing.
• Collaborates with onsite, offshore and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve incidents and document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure and prepare assessment reports for improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-efficient IT infrastructure solutions and document deployed systems.
• Align release schedules and execute deployments with evidence-based testing.
• Coordinate maintenance, emergency fixes and upgrades to ensure seamless integration.
• Analyze performance data and support capacity planning to optimize systems.
• Perform security checks, recovery drills and compliance audits.
• Capture feedback to identify automation opportunities and improve processes.
• Liaise with onsite, offshore and vendor teams to document project requirements.
• Develop centralized knowledge repositories to drive efficiency.
