A prestigious community law firm is seeking a Microsoft Engineer to join their dynamic Technology team. In this role, you'll architect, implement, and optimize their technology infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud adoption. You’ll collaborate with team members and drive impactful solutions that support the team's mission of creating a safer environment for your community.

You’ll be reporting to the Cloud Manager and will be responsible for implementing cloud solutions, optimizing performance within their Microsoft environment, ensuring security and compliance, and automating infrastructure tasks.

Experience Desired:

• 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure management, including 3+ years managing cloud services within Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune for device management.
• Strong experience with Azure services (VMs, storage, networking, disaster recovery).
• Proven track record with cross-platform migrations, such as moving from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
