Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation seeks an IT Infrastructure Services Analyst to support the day-to-day delivery of outsourced infrastructure services provided by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). You will act as the internal liaison for incidents, changes, and requests, ensuring SLA compliance and quality across cloud services, end-user compute, networking, and the Microsoft platform.

The role spans global locations, collaborating with IT teams, cybersecurity, and TCS delivery managers to stabilize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• ITIL 4 Foundation & Microsoft 365/Azure knowledge preferred.
• Experience coordinating with outsourced providers (TCS or similar).
• Proficient in ServiceNow and incident/change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison to the outsourcing partner for incidents, requests, problems and changes.
• Ensure SLA adherence and proper ticket categorization, prioritization, and resolution.
• Monitor cloud costs, usage, and optimization opportunities; produce regular reports.
• Coordinate Microsoft 365 services, Azure resources, Intune, and endpoint security tooling.
• Maintain runbooks, CMDB, and knowledge base; support IT projects.
• Assist with vendor invoices, POs, and budget tracking.
