SOFTSWISS seeks a Head of Infrastructure Security to lead the Infrastructure Security team and shape security strategy across our high-load, globally distributed iGaming operations. You will define priorities, establish scalable processes, and guide security decisions across infrastructure domains.

Formación

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with leadership of technical security teams.
• Strong background in Infrastructure, Cloud, or Platform Security.
• Experience translating goals into clear roadmaps, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Proven leadership with coaching, delegation, and team development.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional change.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English and Russian proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Infrastructure Security team with clear ownership and execution.
• Define and drive the Infrastructure Security strategy, roadmaps, standards, and operating model.
• Prioritize initiatives based on risk, business impact, capacity, and regulatory needs.
• Guide security across cloud, Kubernetes, endpoints, remote access, and vulnerability management.
• Build scalable processes for risk prioritization, remediation tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams to embed security early and improve execution.
• Communicate risks, priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly to technical teams and leadership.
