Job summary

Seakeeper, headquartered in Leesport, PA, is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Security to lead the global technology foundation. You will own infrastructure, cloud strategy, and cybersecurity, guiding architecture, governance, and problem solving across locations.

This role requires a player-coach mindset to set vision, develop teams, and hands-on execution. You will drive security programs, industrial IT alignment, disaster recovery, and strategic initiatives while partnering with leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity
• Leading technical teams and developing talent
• Architecting and administering Microsoft Azure environments
• Expertise with enterprise networking, firewalls, VPNs, wireless technologies, and high‑availability architectures
• Managing identity platforms including Entra ID/Azure AD and hybrid identity environments
• Endpoint protection, EDR/XDR platforms, vulnerability management, and security operations
• Developing automation and infrastructure management solutions using PowerShell, Terraform, or similar technologies
• Overseeing service desk operations, ITSM processes, SLAs, endpoint management, and device lifecycle administration
• Administering Microsoft 365 environments and collaboration platforms
• Demonstrated success implementing disaster recovery and business continuity programs
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Managing vendor relationships, software licensing, technology contracts, and infrastructure budgets
• Supporting multi‑site organizations with several hundred employees
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on technical execution

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity strategy across locations
• Build and mentor teams; establish governance; manage budgets
• Oversee Azure, networking, identity, endpoint protection, and ITSM
• Drive automation and IaC; govern AI and Copilot adoption
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity readiness
• Partner with business leaders to communicate risks and align security with business goals
• Deliver major infrastructure and security initiatives to support growth
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap in line with company objectives
• Support multi-site operations with hundreds of employees
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
