SOFTSWISS is seeking a Head of Security Business Partnering to drive cybersecurity strategy across a diverse technology ecosystem in the United States. You will coordinate Security Business Partners across business units, translate security priorities into roadmaps and measurable targets, and own the operating model.

The role requires strong governance, delivery management, and the ability to explain risks in business terms, aligning ownership and ensuring timely delivery of security initiatives.

Qualifications

• Management experience in cybersecurity within a complex technology organisation.
• Experience coordinating senior security professionals across multiple business units.
• Ability to translate security strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop Security Business Partners across the business units.
• Set common responsibilities, working practices and performance expectations.
• Review performance against KPIs, objectives and delivery commitments.
• Turn the cybersecurity strategy into roadmaps, targets and delivery plans.
• Manage the security portfolio across the ecosystem, including KPIs, OKRs and SLAs.
• Track delivery, address delays and require recovery plans when needed.
• Escalate material risks and ownership issues.
• Coordinate initiatives involving several units or central security teams.
• Match business demand with central security capacity.
• Explain technical risks in business terms (revenue, ops, customers).
• Identify recurring problems to be solved with shared capabilities.
