Job summary

Steampunk is seeking an Infrastructure Lead to deliver cloud architecture, security, and integration for the U.S. Coast Guard AI program.

You will guide a cross-functional team of cloud engineers, cloud security, DevSecOps, and systems integration, shaping the infrastructure that supports BEACON's mission capabilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years IT experience total.
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing a technical team and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact translating mission needs into infrastructure, security, and integration solutions.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of cloud, cloud security, DevSecOps, and integration engineers with guidance and feedback.
• Own project management of the infrastructure workstream: schedule, staffing, risk/issue tracking, and status reporting.
