BackOps in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an engineering leader to run Infrastructure and Security. You will own reliability, security posture, and build the team that scales as the company grows.

You will drive multi-cloud/on‑prem deployment, SLOs, private networking, and SOC 2 controls. You’ll mentor engineers, design secure by default pipelines, and translate risk into measurable outcomes for executives and customers, while maintaining a sustainable pace in a fast-moving AI-native

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering leadership in infrastructure or security.
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture and security engineering.
• Experience delivering security controls at scale and working with executives.

Responsibilities
