Job summary

VINCI is seeking a Risk Analyst to support risk management across multiple infrastructure projects in the UK, using the ARM system to maintain risk registers and related logs. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to identify, assess and monitor risks, opportunities, assumptions and exclusions.

You will coordinate monthly risk reviews, facilitate workshops, and contribute to reporting and governance materials. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project environment, ideally infrastructure or energy.
• Experience supporting project risk management, PMO or a similar project support function.
• Experience maintaining project risk registers or similar governance documentation.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several projects.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the Risk Manager in delivering risk management activities across multiple projects.
• Maintain project risk registers and associated logs within the ARM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with project managers, teams, delivery partners and stakeholders to manage risks, opportunities, assumptions and exclusions.
• Coordinate and support monthly project risk reviews, facilitate workshops where appropriate, and track actions.
• Prepare and review monthly risk reporting packs and governance materials.
