You will develop project plans, coordinate across stakeholders, and monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and performance to ensure safe and compliant project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Real Estate, Business, Management, Land Use Planning, Public Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in real estate acquisition, entitlement processing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate activities across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and project performance.
• Ensure project objectives are achieved safely, efficiently, and compliantly.
• Negotiate with landowners and build relationships.
• Represent ATC in the community and public meetings.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance.
