Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Real Assets Investment professional to support underwriting and execution of infra/real estate transactions in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop complex financial models, coordinate due diligence across teams, and prepare IC materials with clear recommendations. Additionally, you will monitor portfolio performance, engage with sponsors on value-creation and refinancing discussions, and contribute to governance and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of infrastructure and/or real estate investing.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation; DCF and scenario analysis.
• Knowledge of real asset diligence: infra contracts, NOI, cap rates, LTV/DSCR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to draft IC memos.
• 4+ years of infra/real estate/private equity investment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics/engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and execution of infrastructure and real estate transactions.
• Develop detailed financial models and underwriting analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence streams (commercial, legal, tax, etc.).
• Draft IC memos and investment notes with recommendations and mitigants.
• Monitor investment performance and report on risks; engage sponsors.
