Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management - Infrastructure and Real Estate Co-Investment - Associate to join their Infrastructure team in New York, United States. Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities including asset/project-level DCF, capital structure modeling, and secondaries analytics.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure diligence considerations (contract structures, inflation linkage, concession life, lifecycle capex) and real estate diligence (NOI build, lease roll, cap rates, debt underwriting metrics).

Responsibilities

• Deal underwriting and execution support across infrastructure and real estate co-investments.
• Develop detailed financial models and underwriting analyses for assets/projects.
• Coordinate due diligence across commercial, legal, technical, and tax structuring.
• Draft Investment Committee materials including memos and diligence summaries.
• Monitor investment performance, review GP/Asset manager reports, and maintain portfolio dashboards.
