Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a qualified investment professional to support deal underwriting and portfolio monitoring across infrastructure and real estate assets. The role emphasizes GP-first underwriting, detailed financial modeling, and thorough diligence coordination.

The candidate will prepare IC materials, track performance, and collaborate with internal partners to drive value creation while navigating complex approvals and risk considerations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of infrastructure and/or real estate investing.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Experience underwriting cash-flowing real assets.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for Investment Committee materials.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and execution of infrastructure and real estate transactions, GP-first underwriting.
• Develop detailed financial models and underwriting analyses (DCF, capital structure, scenarios).
• Coordinate due diligence streams across disciplines (commercial, legal, technical, tax).
• Draft Investment Committee materials with recommendations and mitigants.
• Monitor investment performance and governance processes.
• Engage with sponsors and GPs on performance drivers and value creation.
• Maintain portfolio monitoring tools and quarterly/periodic updates.
• Coordinate internal approvals for material portfolio actions.
