Job summary

Pantheon is seeking an Investment Associate to support the Global Infrastructure & Real Assets Investment team in deal execution, asset management and client-facing initiatives. You will contribute to GP-led secondaries, LP portfolio secondaries, co-investments, and primary fund selections, helping grow the team and business.

The role emphasizes rigorous financial modeling, due diligence, market research and relationship building with General Partners, clients and management teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in infrastructure & real assets, private equity, investment banking, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative and manage responsibility early.
• Willingness to travel on a varying basis.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling and due diligence.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Assist with deal closing with the Investment Structuring Team and legal counsel.
• Represent team at GP/company meetings and industry events.
• Monitor and assist in the management of portfolio companies and investments.
• Support client and fundraising requests and participate in meetings.
• Conduct market and sector research for pitches and publications.
