The role emphasizes rigorous financial modeling, client communication, and leadership of analysts while managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or relevant commercial roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and financial modeling expertise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and a busy workload.
• Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and performing due diligence on investment opportunities.
• Guide Analysts in the due diligence process and manage team resources.
• Oversee investment underwriting and communication with clients.
• Create and manage complex transaction models.
• Complete special projects and industry analysis as needed.
