Qualifications

• Strong understanding of infrastructure and/or real estate investing with cash-flowing asset underwriting.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation, including asset/project-level DCF and scenario analysis.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and real asset diligence: contracts, inflation linkage, NOI, cap rates, debt underwriting.
• Strong transaction management to handle multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; produce IC memos and portfolio updates.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain a strong risk mindset.
• 4+ years in infrastructure, real estate, and/or private equity investments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related quantitative fields.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of infrastructure and real estate transactions, with GP-first underwriting and validation of deal points.
• Develop detailed financial models and underwriting analyses, including DCFs and capital structure analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence streams across commercial, legal, technical, and tax structuring.
• Draft IC materials with recommendations, risks, mitigants, and proposed structures.
• Monitor investment performance and related risks.
• Review GP/asset manager reports; engage with sponsors on performance drivers and value creation.
• Maintain portfolio monitoring tools with quarterly updates and risk dashboards.
• Support governance processes and internal approvals for material portfolio actions.
