Job summary

The Maricopa County Real Estate Department is seeking a Property Management Supervisor to lead the Infrastructure Land Rights Management (ILM) Division. You will manage the division’s workload, establish priorities, review staff work product, and ensure compliance with departmental and County requirements while supporting timely completion of complex real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in property management or overseeing real estate functions for a large organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or closely related field.
• A combination of post‑secondary education and/or job‑related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year‑for‑year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and oversight for the ILM Division; manage workload and establish priorities.
• Review staff work product, ensure accuracy and compliance with county requirements.
• Coordinate with County departments, the Flood Control District, MCDOT, utilities, title companies, consultants, and agencies to advance infrastructure and property management objectives.
