Job description

Infrastructure Project Manager - Network & Release Management

You will be lead and manage large technical projects, defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes, and oversight of planning and execution of the work.

We are looking for someone who will be ensuring that technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, and will often work with senior management. You will also be involved in release management, directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs, conducting analyses, need assessments, and cost/benefit assessments, helping to broker other technology services, and monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
  • Direct cross‑functional and/or cross‑segment teams
  • Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
  • Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
  • Defining and managing project schedules, resources and delivery commitments
  • Managing Scrum stand‑up meetings
  • Setting up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool
  • Performing data collection and analysis activities using MS Excel
  • Conducting weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project stays on target
  • Collaborating with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes
  • Creating/updating project status reports for program rollup and management review
  • Mitigating and managing project risks and issues
Skills – Must Have
  • Change management experience in business communications and technical writing
  • Proficiency in creating and managing program/project timelines and materials
  • Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids, Playbooks, and effective communication materials
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
  • C‑Level or customer‑facing presentation experience
  • Strong attention to detail and efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to influence opinion and drive change
  • Strategic thinking and a customer‑focused, results‑driven mindset
