Job summary

New Era Technology is seeking a professional Project Manager to support technology infrastructure deployment projects across client locations. You will lead cross-functional vendor collaboration, oversee network refreshes, hardware deployments and site conversions while maintaining project milestones and documentation.

The role requires high organizational agility, strong communication, and the ability to work with field resources and network engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of project management experience in technology/infrastructure
• Proficiency with MS Office in a business environment
• Exposure to Monday.com/Jira/Smartsheet is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day coordination across vendors, engineering teams and client stakeholders
• Track workflow progress using tools like Excel, Jira, Monday.com and Smartsheet
• Ensure readiness for site conversions and maintain accurate status logs
