The role involves coordinating with engineers, superintendents, and inspectors, with estimating support as needed. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Background in concrete, paving, or underground utilities.
• Experience working on municipal or public works projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and field teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of municipal construction projects.
• Oversee concrete, utilities, and paving scopes across active jobs.
• Coordinate with superintendents, crews, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and production performance.
• Conduct site visits and monitor field progress.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, TxDOT, and municipal standards.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and reporting.
• Maintain communication with engineers and municipal stakeholders.
• Support estimating efforts as needed, including bid review and scope input.
