Job summary

You will lead staff, develop policies and templates for project documents, draft contracts and amendments, and liaise with city departments, consultants, and contractors, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Seven years of progressive professional experience in the division's activities, with at least three in a supervisory role.
• Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
• Education can be substituted year-for-year with experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and manage engineering and construction project administration activities.
• Provide guidance and training to staff, contract administrators and project managers.
• Coordinate responses with City departments, consultants, and contractors.
