Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Customer Service Champion to oversee multiple projects in the Critical Infrastructure markets. You will interact with existing customers to grow as-bid margins, deliver reliable support for new accounts, and retain current ones while increasing opportunities.

The role emphasizes planning, monitoring and collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and value for customers across municipal, non-residential and residential segments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline required or equivalent
• DBIA and/or PMP certification is a plus
• 5 years prior experience in bid preparation, sales or construction preferred
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of order entry/inventory/logistics beneficial

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements and quotes to ensure accurate materials and costs.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal support teams and external vendors to deliver value.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management on project status.
• Oversee planning, monitoring and completion of multiple projects from inception to close.
