Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Project Liaison to oversee multiple treatment-plant project bids and customer engagements. You will plan, monitor, and review progress, ensuring accurate materials, costs and timely delivery while growing as-bid margins with existing customers.

In this role you will interact with customers to drive sales, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and report project status to stakeholders. Prior experience in bid development and water infrastructure is valued.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline with 2-5 years of experience; or MS/MA with 2-4 years.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• DBIA and/or PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project requirements and quotes to ensure accurate materials and costs.
• Coordinate with internal support teams, external vendors and others to deliver value.
• Provide regular status information to project stakeholders and management.
• Review plans and schedules for master schedule alignment and resolve conflicts.
• Participate in or lead weekly or monthly meetings and track open jobs.
